  13. 'ELITE' FOUNDATION LAUNCHES UFO PROJECTTHE MONIED ELITE BREAK INTO UFOS IN A 
  14. LAVISH WAY WITH BSW, INC., A NON-PROFIT FOUNDATION CREATED TO SPONSOR 
  15. RESEARCH INTO THE DIMENSIONAL NATURE OF REALITY.  AT THE FINANCIAL HELM OF 
  16. BSW'S FIRST UFO PROJECT: LAURENCE ROCKEFELLER.

  18. With a professed goal of bringing "UFO phenomena to international attention 
  19. as a serious and real phenomenon," BSW, Inc. is contacting selected UFO 
  20. researchers during beginning phases of what is planned to be a global 
  21. outreach.  A few researchers in the U.S. have been contacted, including Don 
  22. Berliner and Stan Friedman.  Other preliminary work has already been done 
  23. with foreignn sources, acc to a BSW report.  Feeling out the research 
  24. community for what the group considers the best available UFO evidence, 
  25. BSW representative Marie Galbraith traveled to France last October, where 
  26. she interviewed Jean Jacques Velasco, director of SERPA (Service d'Epertise 
  27. des Phenomenes d'Etudes Spatiales) Created [sic] in 1977 to investigate 
  28. UFO activity in France.  While there, Galbraith also met with Dr. Claude 
  29. Poher, SERPA's first director, and astrophysicist Dr. Pierre Guerin.  
  30. Contact has also been mah officials and researchers in Belgium, Switzerland,
  31. and the European Parliament.     BSW hopes to eventually gather enough "best
  32. evidence" to make a presentation to an international, multi-disciplinary 
  33. group of scientists, and to elicit from that group a statement regarding the
  34. validity of that evidence and its implications.  BSW Foundation envisions 
  35. ultimately holding and international UFO-themed conference at UNESCO.

  37.  As for the U.S., a BSW report states that certain American officials have 
  38. alreen notified of the "cover-up."  According to the report, We have given 
  39. them the best evidence we have at hand.     "We believe this material (as as
  40. work done by others) has made a substantial impression on the present 
  41. government and that there is an interest now to gradually open the door on 
  42. UFO information."

  45. -- which took place in Eureka Springs, As during the first weekend in April,
  46.  
  47. 1994 -- I noted the following.]:     As an aside:  After Ms. [Linda Moulton]
  48. Howe's talk I had an opportunity to privately speak with her and ask her 
  49. directly about the rumored one-day meeting she (and apparently other UFO 
  50. illuminaries) attended last Fall at the Jackson Hole, Wyoming estate of 
  51. well-known philanthropist, Laurence Rockefeller.  She openly confirmed to 
  52. me that such a meeting did take place.  She confirmed that she was in 
  53. attendance, along with Budd H (well-known author and UFO-abductee 
  54. researcher), Leo Sprinkle (UFO-crash retrieval researcher), Dr. Steven Greer
  55.  (who is the Director of "CSETI", an apparently successful intentional 
  56. group/UFO-contact team, via directed high-powered light signalling and 
  57. directed "positive 'come hither'" thought patterns]; and others --  She 
  58. said that there was nothing conspiratorial about the private meeting.  
  59. She noted that Mr. Rockefeller (at 83 years old) is getting on in years, 
  60. and was "searching for answers" abe Universe, etc.  She also noted that he 
  61. had similarly met with other groups (such as environmentalists) besides 
  62. them for one-day meetings during the same period. --- Perhaps, the best 
  63. we can all hope for to come as a possible result of such meetings is 
  64. possible forthcoming research funding (and possibly even endowment 
  65. bequeths in his will) that may benefit all of Earth's inhabitants.  ---
